1. How long is the recorded video?

The complete webisode can be viewed in under an hour.

2. What's the difference between a webinar and a webisode?

Webinar – basically a conference call with the ability to view the presenter's computer desktop. Audio is usually transmitted through a traditional phone or VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol).

Webisode – a combination of the words web and episode – similar to a television show episode, only on the internet. It's designed to include broadcast video of the presenters, not just a computer desktop. Webisodes are often streamed live or can be recorded and viewed later, on demand, like The Breakout Room webisodes.

3. How do I begin hosting our meetings with this technology?

The PlanNet team provides an array of meeting services and technologies. This includes traditional meetings and conventions at hotels and resorts worldwide or more technology based solutions like webcasts, webinars, VOIP and so much more. Call 703-778-9000 and ask for Pete Hanley (Ext. 101) or Andre Cholewinski (Ext. 219) and they can discuss your goals and suggest the appropriate solution for your needs.

4. How do I increase the speed of the presentation?

To increase the speed of the recorded webcast, locate the two opposite facing arrows at the bottom of the media player. In standard play speed there will be a "1x" next to these arrows. Click the arrow pointing up to increase the speed of the video and the arrow pointing down to decrease the speed.

5. Can I ask questions or comment?

The live session incorporat live Q&A which to enhances the interactivity and you also can hear the Q&A in the recorded version. However, even though the chat tool appears to work during the recorded version we only see questions and comments you submit during the live webcast. Please either visit The Breakout Room Group on LinkedIn or email us at: TheBreakoutRoom@YourMeeting.com if you have a question, comment or topic you wish to submit.

6. How do I contact my CTC partner?

Email TheBreakoutRoom@YourMeeting.com and provide your address and contact information and we will have your CTC representative contact you.

7. How do I adjust the volume?

Volume can be adjusted by using the slide bar next to the speaker image on the bottom right of the player. If other adjustments are needed check the mute button or volume level on your computer, as these settings work independently of each other.

8. How long will the recorded version be available?

At this time we anticipate that recorded versions will be available for up to three months following the live broadcast but that is subject to change.
